This refund policy applies to paid Ambify subscriptions. The legal business name is ambify.

1. Initial subscription purchase

Consumers can request a refund within 14 days of the initial subscription purchase.

2. Subscription renewals

Subscription renewals are non-refundable, except where required by applicable law.

3. How to request a refund

Contact support@ambify.io for refund and billing requests. Refund handling is processed through Paddle as Merchant of Record.
