Is the Free plan really free?
Yes. The Free plan costs €0 and includes 16 sounds, up to 2 favorites, and 5 curated playlists with no expiration.
What changes when I choose annual billing for Pro?
Pro is €6/month on monthly billing, or €4/month when billed annually. Annual billing gives you the same Pro features at a lower effective monthly cost.
Will my Pro plan renew automatically?
Yes. Paid plans renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before the next renewal date.
Can I cancel or downgrade anytime?
Yes. You can cancel and move back to Free. Your paid benefits remain active until the current paid period ends.
What is your refund policy for Pro?
